Since its inception, the Foundation has grown from strength to strength into one of the prime organisations representing the Sikh community of Malaysia with an outstanding track record of projects. The following list outlines many of the success stories of the Foundation:
- The printing and distribution of Nitnem Gutkas with Bisram (pauses) to facilitate correct pronunciation of the reading the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji
- The printing and distribution of Sukhmani Sahib Gutkas with Bisram (pauses) to facilitate proper reading of Gurbani.
- Conducted various classes to teach Sri Guru Granth Sahib Senthia where the proper pronunciation of the Gurbani is taught. Approximately more than 300 students have graduated from these classes and become Akhand Pathis.
- Conducted various classes to teach Gurmukhi
- A specially designed programme "Learn Gurmukhi in Three Months" conducted over twelve classes of one hour per class, to teach students, the fundamentals of the Gurmukhi and to be able to read the Sri Japji Sahib, has been successfully carried out since 2003.
- Conducted over 20 Gurmat Samelans and Sant Sipahi Camps to propagate the love for Sikhi, with a wide range of activities such as Parchar, Kirtan, Simran, Group dynamics on Sikh History, Traditions, Culture and Sports.
- Worked in collaboration with all the organisations and Gurdwaras in Malaysia to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of. the Parkash Dihara of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in the Year 2004, at the national level, where the programme saw the participation of approximately (50,000) Sikhs from around the country, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The programme was also attended by the then Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.
- Worked in collaboration with all the organisations and Gurdwaras in Malaysia to celebrate the 300th Anniversary of the Gurgaddi Dihara of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in the Year 2008, at the national level.
- The Foundation has also formed its own Gatka Akhara named Baba Buddha Ji Gatkha Akhara Niketan Foundation in Year 2004 with the help and guidance from Gatka experts from India. In the same year the members of the Akhara participated in the International Gatka competition where they came out in the fourth placing. We are in the midst of working out on permanent classes at the HQ in due course after it was suspended during the pandemic.
